Policy Issuance & Validity

  • Policies are issued by licensed insurance companies in Bangladesh

  • Coverage is valid only for the selected trip duration

  • International policies expire upon return to Bangladesh or policy end date whichever is earlier

Eligibility

  • Age eligibility: 6 months to 65 years

  • Travelers under 18 must travel with a guardian

  • Accurate traveler details are mandatory

Non-Refundable Policy

  • Once issued, insurance cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded

  • Policies are non-transferable

Exclusions

Insurance will not apply in cases involving:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions

  • Self-inflicted injuries or suicide

  • Illegal or criminal activities

  • Alcohol or drug influence

  • Mental or psychiatric disorders

  • HIV/AIDS or related illnesses

  • War, riots, or nuclear incidents
